TREVOSE, PA – October 14, 2008 – Advertising Specialty Institute®, the largest media and marketing organization serving the advertising specialty industry, announced today the promotion of John Bush to vice president of product management.
Mr. Bush will be responsible for all product management activities for ASI’s digital products. He was previously executive director of electronic research products and he will report to Keith Tuskey, chief technology officer.
John joined ASI six years ago as the first product manager for ESP Online, the advertising specialty industry’s leading online product search tool. Immediately prior to ASI, John served for 10 years at Reuters in New York City, where he was the director of online product and trading solutions.
“John’s leadership has allowed ESP Online to continue evolving into a marketing and business tool for distributors – not just a search engine – and also as an effective platform for suppliers to serve targeted ads to distributor subscribers,” said Timothy M. Andrews, president and chief executive officer of ASI. “We expect to accelerate the development pace in 2009, and create more integration among our products and services.”
Mr. Bush holds a master’s of business administration degree in systems management from the Florida Institute of Technology and is a retired Naval Flight Officer in the U.S. Naval Reserve. He resides with his family in Warminster, Pennsylvania.
