On-Site Daycare: ASI provides on-site child care at affordable rates to employees and their families. The fully-accredited Lots of Love Learning Center began in 1986 and has a qualified staff of twelve child-care professionals who specialize in caring for children of various ages. The daycare offers full-day, half-day and before and after school programs. New parents (who are ASI employees) are offered 12 weeks of paid daycare to use within the first six months of returning to work.

All Fitness 24-Hour Gym: Our on-site All Fitness gym features a wide array of strength training and cardio equipment. Owned and operated by Coach J, the gym is open 24 hours and offers a variety of fitness classes and personal training sessions. All Fitness is FREE for ALL employees. No membership fees or costs to workout!

Café & Starbucks: Our full-service, on-site marketplace features an eclectic menu that caters to every taste palette. The grill station, deli counter and salad bar are open for breakfast and lunch every day, and the staff is always happy to take requests for new menu items. There is also an on-site Starbucks where employees can grab a coffee, tea or snack during working hours.

Community, Culture and Diversity: Through goodwill fundraising, silent auctions, charity drives and payroll contributions, ASI employees give back in a major way. And yet we always make sure to find time for fun! Each year, we hold summer barbeques, ice cream socials, sport rallies and holiday parties to bring countless opportunities for employees to kick back and socialize at work. Our Diversity Committee combines our community efforts with our social happenings by hosting teambuilding activities, networking events and community service opportunities for all.

Flexible Work Environment: ASI has a hybrid workplace with remote and in-office opportunities for meetings, training, events and social activities. A variety of open spaces such as an art, music, and gardening room are available for meeting, collaborating and free time.

BeWell Wellness Perks: ASI has a variety of wellness options and perks for employees to participate it. All Fitness 24 on-site here at ASI, is free for all employees. There is no membership fees or costs to workout. If you are a member of a gym offsite, you can be reimbursed up to $40 each month for being a member of a gym offsite. ASI offers a reward for employees that quit smoking, up to $1,000. Every fall, here at ASI, we off free flu shots for all employees. Throughout the year, employees can participate in wellness seminars through the BeWell program.
