These new features in ESP+ are all about simplifying processes for both you and your clients. These items are here to inspire you during your search for the perfect product for your client, keep your CRM organized, and create better ways for your clients to engage with your product pitches.

Filter for ‘Events and Website URLs’ – Find, view, and update project status’ quicker with the addition of these filter options in the Orders tab.
‘Thumbs Up’ option in Client Portal – Simplify the way your clients interact with product pitches, they can now ‘like’, ‘dislike’, and ‘add to cart’. This is all recorded in your CRM and if a product was ‘liked’ but didn’t work for the most recent event, you can re-pitch at another time.
Product Inspiring Banners Added in Search Results – Check out featured products of the day, trending suppliers in relevant categories, and the ad impressions insight (includes industry-specific data that can support your product pitches) for an idea-generating search experience.

These new features in ESP+ will help you stay organized, informed and work quicker. We look at all of our updates to our platform from a holistic view that supports your efforts, and we will deliver on that promise.

Spanish and Canadian French Translation – On the bottom left of your screen, choose Spanish or Canadian-French.
Educational Assets Located in the Help Center on the Top Navigation – Learn more through ASI® University courses and webinars and stay in the know on all things in the promo product industry.
Create Promo Product Sample Requests – Create and maintain sample request orders.
Quickbooks Online Integration – Users are now able to connect ESP+ to QuickBooks Online so that they can send order info directly into your accounting software. Direct link from CRM or Orders into QuickBooks Accounting Software to reduce double entries and manual input.
‘Continue Searching For’ Section – Browse products on your home page that are relevant to your searches to get inspired for a new promo for your clients.
Featured Categories on Top Navigation and Home Page – A mega menu of categories, generating a better search experience on the top trending products.
Additional Charges Now in Presentation Settings – Edit products for additional charges, such as set up fees, to display on client proposals.

New Products Section on the Homepage – Browse newly added products by
suppliers right on the homepage of ESP+.
Trending Products on the Homepage – View popular products that are influencing
the marketplace.

Time-saving AI-fueled technology crafting personalized proposals and aiding in search to find the best-suited products for your clients.

AI Search – Guided search experience that recommends products after identifying the event type, industry, and/or other attributes about the project. AI Search will offer suggestions that go beyond keyword search, identifying unique products that you might not have searched for on your own. Unlike our competitors, AI Search is a guided experience that walks you through, to narrow down helpful product ideas.
Personal Notes – Appears at the top of Presentations, AI-fueled technology proposes custom content to send as an introduction to the presentation
Create Presentation Email Content – Drafts personalized content to utilize in Emails to clients in seconds
Recreates Customized Presentation Product Summaries – Uses information about your project, such as event type and industry, along with AI-fueled knowledge of the company to create custom-tailored descriptions based on the item’s intended usage.
