Kicks off Aug. 13-21 in Burlington, Toronto, Montreal, Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver
TORONTO, ON – August 10, 2012 – ASI® Canada is celebrating 25 years of educating and strengthening relationships between suppliers and distributors with a kickoff to a new round of fall seminars.
Registration is now open for the ASI Canada Seminars Aug. 13 in Burlington, Aug. 14 in Toronto West, Aug. 15 in Toronto East, Aug. 16 in Montreal, Aug. 20 in Edmonton, Aug. 21 in Calgary and Aug. 21 in Vancouver.
ASI Canada now has over 1,200 members throughout North America and features:
“We’re popping the champagne to celebrate a quarter-century of providing the best education, the best national shows, the best regional events and the best technology in the business throughout Canada,” said Fred Oesen of ASI Canada. “We’re looking forward to another 25 years of helping connect suppliers and distributors to boost everybody’s bottom line.”
According to the 2012 Counselor® State of the Industry report, last year more than 60% of Canadian distributors increased sales and 56% boosted profits, easily besting the average year-over-year changes of U.S.-based industry firms. And when asked how they’d rate the health of the industry, Canadian distributors returned the highest marks of any geographic region surveyed by ASI over the past three years.
The ASI Canada Seminars are conducted in a professional and intimate roundtable format with one supplier presenting to a small group of people at each table. Each presentation is 15 minutes in length and is jam-packed with selling ideas, new product introductions, samples, current catalogues/sales sheets and specials.
