Room Service (Short film) – Location Required

A hotel room or similar is required for the OTT Films Production (www.ottfilms.co.uk) entitled Room Service, written and directed by Yann-Marig Brezac. This is a lo/no budget production.

Room Service is a black comedy inspired by films such as Blood Simple (The Coen Brothers), Reservoir Dogs (Quentin Tarantino) or Ghost Dog (Jim Jarmusch).

A housekeeper finds a dead body, a significant sum of money and some drugs in a hotel room. He thinks he’s got rich, and hides the body, but soon two men arrive demanding the cash.

The film would be shot in HDV.

As this is a lo/no budget production only a nominal fee is available for use of the room.

We require a large, ‘average’/ neutral looking room approximately 6m x 6m with:

- sober decor

- a double/ single bed

- a bed side table

- a telephone

- a wardrobe

- a large window

- ideally the room would also have 2 doors – an entrance and another to an ensuite bathroom

We would also need access to an additional room to use as a rest and meal area

We would like this location to be within easy reach for our production team and cast, preferably in zones 1-2.

The location would be required for a 2 day shoot in April, over a week-end (either 19th & 20th OR 26th &27th)

We will provide a credit in the film and a DVD copy of the finished product.
