Encoding as flash

Hi all,

I just like to point out this website which pretty much answered all my questions about encoding video as .flv : it lets you compare the different encoding options side by side. So as I'm preparing some graphic animation I'll use the On2 codec.

But is the encoding program that comes with Flash the best/only option for this? I'd like to have a wider choice.
