I have made the start on the Indie Film Info toolbar and it can now be downloaded, just go along to:
It is free to add yourself to it, so why not check it out?
The aim of the toolbar is to make access to good websites as simple as possible.
Once downloaded, there is no need to re-download every time a change is made, this will automatically be added to your toolbar.

i'd never install my software on my computer with out knowing more about it than a "download this" link. It's asking for viruses and spyware.
While I'm sure this is not mal-ware, I think you ought to explain more about it. I have no idea what it does, who made it, or how it'll help me. People shouldn't take installing software lightly, and suppliers should take steps to ensure people know what they are getting.
Ok, i'll stop ranting now, some web issues get me worked up; I have to deal with the consequenses of the people abusing the internet everyday in the day job. People need to have trust in the web, and so people who provide tools for it need to earn that trust. I also think it's good business sense to be open, more people will install the toolbar if they understand a little more about it.

ps. I'd recomend not having the download link in a format similar to an ad banner. Most web-users* are very mis-trustful of ads on the net, and more are getting 'ad blind' so may simply ingore it (i did first time round).
* I read somewhere that less than 10% of users trust adverts on the web.
